Coming to Fuuga? Here are the notes to help you find your way!

Construction work along the riverside is affecting access routes. Please allow extra time so you arrive in good time for your event.

Driving and parking

Aimopark’s Kulttuuriparkki parking garage, located behind Fuuga and the Turku City Theatre, is open every day. Parking costs €4 per hour. The garage has an indoor connection to both Fuuga and the theatre. Itäinen Rantakatu is one-way, from the Martti district towards Turku Cathedral. Parking is also available next to the theatre at Hämähäkkitontti (€1.80 per hour) and behind the theatre around Itäinen Pitkäkatu. The city centre parking garages, Toriparkki and Louhi, are about a 15-minute walk away. See the map.

Drop-off and pick-up

There are a few drop-off and pick-up spaces on Itäinen Rantakatu in front of Fuuga.
A 15-minute drop-off stop for coaches is reserved on Itäinen Rantakatu in front of Fuuga (2 spaces). Coaches may not stop in the taxi bays in front of the theatre.

Föli buses

Your event ticket also works as a Föli bus ticket. Check the journey planner for the nearest stops and timetables, and hop on a bus to Turku city centre. The QR code on your ticket is valid on Föli routes for 3 hours before and after the event and includes one transfer. Fuuga is less than a 15-minute walk from the Market Square.

Walking and cycling

The pedestrian and cycle path along the riverside in front of Fuuga is open. The theatre can be reached on foot or by bike from every direction.

Accessible parking

There are free accessible parking spaces (4) behind Fuuga for people with reduced mobility. Access is via Aimopark’s Kulttuuriparkki car park:

  2. When leaving, exit Kulttuuriparkki within five minutes of driving through the folding doors. Otherwise, parking charges will apply.

Kulttuuriparkki also has paid accessible parking spaces (6).
